ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF RADIATION ON THE TEMPERATURE OF PRINTED CONDUCTORS OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS ON A METAL BASE FOR SPACECRAFT DEVICES
The article analyzes the influence of radiation on the temperature of printed conductors of printed circuit boards installed on a metal base for onboard devices of spacecraft. The results of measuring the emissivity factor of the surfaces of materials used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards and the results of modeling the overheating of printed conductors are presented. The relative values of the differences in the overheating of printed conductors in the presence and absence of radiation, other things being equal, are calculated.

DESIGN FEATURES OF ELECTRONIC COUNTERMEASURES EQUIPMENT
The issues of choosing the optimal design and technological variant of the onboard electronic countermeasures equipment that provides effective cooling of modules are considered. The main directions of possible technical solutions are determined. Two types of VPX standard modules are compared. Variants of placement of a wedge clamp are considered. The analysis of the composition of the casings and the technology of their manufacture is carried out. The possibilities of further development and use of this standard are evaluated. Variants of placement of a wedge clamp are considered. As a constructive basis of the models, it is proposed to use multilayer printed circuit boards with builtin elements.

EXPERIENCE OF PARAMETRIC IDENTIFICATION OF THE SPICE[1]MODEL OF A TTL MICROCIRCUIT
Simulation of electronic circuits using specialized CADs is an integral part of the electronics design flow. However, models provided by manufacturers often represent the behavior of a component in a very simplistic manner, and models that reproduce it over a temperature range are usually not available to developers. To increase the accuracy of simulation results, users can refine the parameters of the original model, as well as add dependencies of the parameters on temperature. In the article, the authors have considered the structure of the original model of the integrated circuit SN74HC02 manufactured by Texas Instruments. Its shortcomings, which lead to significant differences between the simulation results and the experiment, have been considered too. The authors have given experience in refining the model parameters and adding temperature dependences of the parameters to reduce the error in the simulation results. The authors have concluded that the changes made make it possible to decrease the error in the simulation results, however, to further improve the accuracy, a significant change in the model structure is required.

FEATURES OF RADIO WAVE PROPAGATION ON RADIO LINES SPACE VEHICLE EARTH STATION
The influence of various natural factors on the conditions for the propagation of radio signals on the satellite Earth communication lines is considered. It is shown that the ionosphere practically does not interfere with satellite radio communications at frequencies above 5 GHz. An expression is proposed for the numerical determination of the attenuation of the radio signal depending on the optical visibility during dust storms along the communication path.

ADAPTIVE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OF PHASE MODULATED DIGITAL SIGNALS
Transmission system of differential phase modulation is described. System works in channels with parameters variations. In order to increase speed rate and energy potential economy use of modulation methods with more accurate parameter regulation is proposed. It is achieved by use of symbols that contain fractional number of information bytes.

PROVIDING STABILITY OF THE MODULATOR PARAMETERS OF THE DECAMETER RANGE TRANSMITTER
Some circuit solutions are considered to ensure the stability of the parameters of the modulator of the decameter range transmitting device. The possibility of using for solving this problem the compensation of the current signal slope and the compensation of the gain for the formation of the frequency response is shown.

DESIGN OF A FIBER OPTICAL MICRODISPOSITION CONVERTER ELECTRONIC DEVICE
This paper presents a description of the design of a fiberoptic pressure sensor and the principle of operation. The principle of operation of fiber optic pressure sensors is as follows. From the radiation source, the light flux is directed along the supplying optical fibers towards the membrane at an angle, the value of which is selected from the condition of ensuring the maximum conversion sensitivity and the modulation depth of the optical signal. Under the action of controlled pressure, the membrane bends, and in the central part the gap between the membrane and the beveled ends of the optical fibers will be less than the initial value of X0 . As a result, the reflectivity for electromagnetic waves in the area of the beveled ends of the optical fibers changes, and the intensity of the light flux reflected at an angle from this area, which carries information about the measured pressure and arrives through the outgoing optical fibers to the radiation receiver, changes accordingly. A new design of the fiberoptic pressure sensor has been developed. The calculation of the optical system of the fiberoptic pressure sensor, which consists in determining a number of design parameters of the fiberoptic microdisplacement transducer. Mathematical modeling was carried out in the MathCAD environment. Based on the results of mathematical modeling, a new design solution for a fiberoptic microdisplacement transducer is proposed, in which the input and output optical fibers are cut and located at a design angle. The function of converting the VOTMP has been determined.

INVESTIGATION OF AN ALGORITHM FOR ESTIMATING THE TANGENTIAL VELOCITY OF AN OBJECT FOR SPACE SAR
The article presents a discussion of one of the important areas of application of synthetic aperture radars (SAR) – the moving target indication (MTI) mode. The paper describes an algorithm for estimating the tangential velocity of moving targets for the MTI system based on the use two apertures displaced along trajectory of SAR spacecraft. The amplitude and phase characteristics of the moving point target are considered. The block diagram of the tangential velocity estimation algorithm using weight processing is given. Simulation has been performed and the features of the operation of this algorithm are presented. The errors in estimating of the target tangential velocity are determined.

DATA PROCESSING OPTIMIZATION FOR LOW LATENCY REALTIME MODE IN IP LINK ONE AUDIO CODEC
Methods for decreasing data processing latencies in new generation IP audio codec are described. PCI Express data rate in system with Freescale i.MX6 CPU and Xilinx Artix7 XC7A15T FPGA without DMA and burst transactions is investigated. Options for data rate increasing are revealed, and gain of data rate is shown for each case. Stability of PCI Express interrupts is investigated, fix for discovered issue is implemented. OS and Software latency optimization techniques are demonstrated. With usage of the described methods, it is possible to achieve low latency realtime audio data processing with down to 2 ms packet interval.

TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK FOR CONTROLLING THE PROCESSES OF TOPOLOGY FORMATION OF HYBRID MICROELECTRONIC STRUCTURES ELEMENTS IN INTENSE LASER BEAMS
The possibilities of remote control of microelectronic production technological operations performing modes, including local volumetric and surface laser micromachining of semiconductor components and film elements of hybrid microcircuits, have been studied. The advantages of the modular principle of constructing a control telecommunication network for monitoring technological equipment that is part of flexible production systems have been determined. Block diagrams of modules and control algorithms for hardwaresoftware part of the complex for laser formation of microsized components topology in the remote control mode are proposed. The structure of software products has been substantiated. The scientific and technical novelty of the proposed software packages is confirmed by certificates of state registration of computer software.

USING A NOISE PROBING SIGNAL IN A SINGLEFREQUENCY NONLINEAR RADAR
An experimental approval of a singlefrequency nonlinear radar (NLR) model, which uses a probing signal as a sequence of noise signal pusles emitted in the band of 130÷231 MHz, is described in comparison with a probing signal as a sequence of narrow[1]band radio pulses with a carrier frequency of 216.5 MHz and 230.5 MHz. The object of research was a car alarm unit containing a radio interaction channel at the frequency fНЕС АС = 433 MHz. The potential possibility of detecting and determining the range to an object with nonlinear elements using a non[1]linear radar with probing by noise radio pulses, is shown, if the operating frequency of the object's radio channel falls into the band of the noise signal reflected at the second harmonic.

ANALYSIS OF A SPEECH SIGNAL DISTORTIONS WHEN ITS QUANTIZATION WITH THE USE OF COMPANDING
A comparative analysis of signal distortions arising during its quantization using the A and ulaws of companding is carried out. For these laws, the comparison of signals after compression is carried out at standard values of the compression parameters. When using the specified laws of companding, a comparison of signal distortions depending on the value of the quantized signal is carried out. It is shown that the ulaw of companding provides less distortion at low signal values. At high signal values, the Alaw provides less distortion.

A HIGHLY EFFICIENT ZETA/CUK BUCKBOOST DC/DC CONVERTER WITH SYMMETRICAL BIPOLAR OUTPUT VOLTAGE (PART 2)
The bipolar converter of the ZETA/Cuk topology provides the conversion of the input positive voltage into a bipolar output voltage with a good output symmetry, when changing the load current and adjusting the output voltage, using a PWM controller. It is shown that the converter has a high efficiency and a low level of noise. The simulation of the noninverting ZETA converter and inverting Cuk converter confirms a low level of output voltage ripple having a significant constant component both in a unipolar and bipolar mode. The bipolar mode of the converter based on the ZETA and Cuk converters is characterized by high symmetry of both outputs. The simulation of the noise level associated with input current ripples shows a low level of input current ripples. The main noise energy is contained in the first harmonic of the input current at a frequency of 500 kHz and does not exceed 10 % relative to the constant component of the input current.

INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF DECODING SOFT AND HARD DECISIONS OF THE DETECTOR IN PERFORATED CONVOLUTIONAL CODES
Currently, errorcorrecting codes are widely used in a variety of digital communication systems. In the process of errorcorrecting coding in the information sequence introduced redundant bits, which reduces the real rate of information transfer. In the process of perforation of the code in order to increase the data transfer rate, bits are cut out in accordance with a certain algorithm. The article describes in detail the mechanism of decoding in the application of bit splitting for the cases of soft and hard solutions of the detector. A comparison of the efficiency of the decoding soft and hard decisions of the detector in the perforation convolutional codes.

STUDY OF STRUCTURES OF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS USING TELEMETRIC INTERFACES
In this paper, a number of problems related to the design of complexes of automation systems are considered, methods for solving these problems are proposed, the structure of a complex of automation and monitoring systems, maintenance and repair (KSA MTOR) is analyzed, an overview of an intelligent data concentrator (ICD) is presented. The main attention is paid to the pairing of telemetry interfaces and the smart data concentrator, as well as the elimination of the defect in the smart data concentrator and its improvement. An experimental model for eliminating a defect in an intelligent data concentrator and the concept of a telemetry interface switch based on a USB hub are presented. Based on the results of the experiments, the WatchDog module (watchdog timer) was designed for an intelligent data concentrator and is shown in this work.

DISCRETE SYNTHESIS OF ACTIVE CORRECTORS PHASE DISTORTION OF THE HYDROACOUSTIC RECEIVING PATH
The problems of designing active phase correctors using search methods of nonlinear mathematical programming in a discrete parameter space are considered. The problem of synthesis of an active phase corrector based on the totality of its functional characteristics is formulated. A macromodeling of a real operational amplifier is carried out and an example of solving the problem of multifunctional discrete synthesis of an active phase corrector of a hydroacoustic receiving path by the BARC search program is considered. The analysis of its synthesized characteristics is given.

METHOD OF COMBINED FITTING OF FILM RESISTORS BY A TORCH DISCHARGE
A method for the combined fitting of film resistors is proposed. It is a combination of two methods. To increase the resistance, a torcharc discharge is used (the main method), and to reduce it, a purely torchtype discharge (an additional method). The results of experimental studies of thin and thick film resistors based on different materials are presented. It is shown that the combined fit provides a high temporal stability of film resistors.

STOCHASTIC ESTIMATION OF THE BANDWIDTH OF A MULTISERVICE INFOCOMMUNICATION NETWORK AS A FUNCTION OF THE INTENSITY OF AGGREGATE USER TRAFFIC
Various approaches to estimating the decrease in the bandwidth of a multiservice infocommunication network with an increase in the nominal user network traffic are considered. The critical traffic values are specified and justified and the network bandwidth is estimated for its various reference values. The method of statistical analysis of the components of typical user traffic for a different set of telecommunications services in relation to both nominal and extreme cases of network load is presented.

EVALUATION OF THE ACCURACY OF OBJECT DETECTION IN THE IMAGE USING THE RGB HISTOGRAM ESTIMATION METHOD BASED ON THE “TILT ANGLE” WITHOUT PRELIMINARY TREATMENT
RGB histograms are sensitive to the color content of the image and its brightness. They are affected by changes in the weather, the illumination of the place under consideration, and the appearance of random objects that are not the purpose of the study. In this regard, the question arises about the possibility of using the method of processing histograms as a method for detecting objects and determining the accuracy of their presence in the image. A section of the river that has an island and is bounded by the banks is chosen as the research site. The probability of detecting ships on a series of satellite images is considered. A confidence interval is found for values that correctly indicate the location of objects. The available images are not preprocessed. There are images containing dense clouds. The obtained RGB values of the histograms are compared with the values obtained from the image in which the vessels are not present. RGB histograms are evaluated using the “slope angle” method.

APPLICATION OF KEY SYNCHRONOUS DETECTORS IN THE MEASURING EQUIPMENT
The paper considers the problem of constructing measuring equipment using synchronous detectors, the principle of which is based on the multiplication of the signal and reference signals. It is shown that the application of this procedure makes it possible to use the unique phase properties of synchronous detectors in a variety of phasemeasuring equipment. Based on the requirements for synchronous detectors, the circuitry, the element base and the detection errors are considered. When considering the phase properties of synchronous detectors, the emphasis is placed on their use in measuring equipment that performs phase diagnostics and identification of damage sites in pipeline systems. The possibility of using synchronous detectors in the development of phase receivers with orthogonal processing of the signals under study is also considered.

A HIGHLY EFFICIENT ZETA/CUK BUCKBOOST DC/DC CONVERTER WITH SYMMETRICAL BIPOLAR OUTPUT VOLTAGE (PART 1)
The results of the circuit analysis of the basic circuits of DC / DC converters and the dependence of their conversion coefficient on the filling factor of the pulse train are presented. It is noted that the specific feature of the investigated DC / DC converter circuits is explained by the circuitry of the switch component of the upper and lower levels. The use of a combination of a noninverting ZETA converter and an inverting Cuk converter to convert a monopolar (unipolar) input voltage into a symmetrical bipolar output voltage, which have uniquely low output voltage ripple compared to other converters, has been substantiated. The analysis of the processes and factors influencing the efficiency of the converter is carried out using circuit simulation in the Electronics Workbench environment.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CAPACITY OF LOUDSPEAKING AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION COMPLEXES OF DIFFERENT ARCHITECTURE UNDER MAXIMUM LOAD
When designing communication complexes located at objects and intended for operation in extreme situations (conditions of maximum load), quite often the architectural features of the complexes themselves are not taken into account. The article analyzes the throughput of communication complexes based on automatic telephone exchanges and switches with a nonblocking switching field, according to the efficiency of functioning under conditions of maximum load.

PROBABLE MODEL OF ENCODED TEXTS DIFFERENCE
In the article a probable model of the difference between gammed encoded texts is constructed. Such a model is necessary to solve the problem of detecting cryptograms of the same modular gamming. The goal is to check two competing statistical hypotheses regarding the difference between the encoded texts. In order to create such criteria in the best way, it is necessary to describe competing hypotheses. If cryptograms are reencoded with the same gamma, then the difference of these texts can be modeled by an unequal polynomial scheme. The article presents the parameters of such a polynomial scheme. It turned out that the probability of a “zero outcome” of the scheme is almost constant for all languages, and this value was estimated. If the cryptograms are reencoded with different gammas, then the difference of these texts is modeled by an equally probable polynomial scheme.

TERMINOLOGY ISSUES IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE STRUCTURE OF MECHANOLUMINESCENT PULSE PRESSURE SENSORS WITH DISTRIBUTED SENSITIVITY
The article provides a brief description of the structure of mechanoluminescent transducers with distributed sensitivity, recording external mechanical impulse influences. When describing the operation of measuring devices, the concepts of sensor, sensor, primary transducer and measuring transducer are often considered identical. Analysis of terminology allows us to conclude that this approach to the use of terms is erroneous. Correct use of the terms helps to accurately describe the construction of mechanoluminescent pulse pressure transmitters.

DEVELOPMENT OF A MODIFIED TECHNOLOGY OF THERMOSTABILIZATION OF THINFILM RESISTIVE ELEMENTS
In this work, a modified technology has been developed, which made it possible to stabilize processes inside thin resistive films based on an alloy PC3710, which influenced the change in conductivity, as well as to reveal hidden defects in films at an early stage of production, and to stabilize (complete) diffusion processes associated with the formation of oxides inside the films and diffusion of active metals.

THE MULTILAYER CONTACTS RESISTANCE EFFECT ON THE ABSORBING ELEMENT PARAMETERS
A multilayer film contact model is constructed and a technique is proposed for assessing the contacts resistance effect on the film absorbing elements attenuation and input resistance for waveguide, coaxial, and microstrip attenuators with planar, end, and covering contacts. As an example, the size 0603 a thinfilm resistor multilayer contact was studied, the normalized currents distribution in the layers along the contact length at different etching angles of the conductive film is shown. A decrease in the etching angle extends the current transition region from the conducting layers to the resistive film, improves the resistive film thermal mode, and complicates it for the conductive film. A weak dependence of the contact resistance value (less than 3%) and the released power (less than 8%) on the etching angle was revealed when it changed within 4590°. The various technological designs contact resistances influence valuations are obtained on the absorbing elements of a size of 2 × 2 × 0,5 mm input resistance and attenuation for surface mounting. This effect does not exceed 1% in attenuation for absorbing elements of small attenuation (of 1 dB or less) and 0,3% in input impedance, but for multistage attenuators with many absorbing elements it becomes decisive.

EVALUATION OF THE ACCURACY OF THE METHOD FOR MEASURING THE VERTICAL COORDINATE OF THE CENTER OF GRAVITY OF AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The article shows the importance of finding the coordinates of the center of gravity of electronic devices, analyzes existing methods of finding coordinates and identifies their shortcomings when measuring the vertical coordinate of the center of gravity. A new method for measuring the vertical coordinate of the center of gravity is described. Its accuracy parameters are investigated. Formulas for calculating the instrumental measurement error are obtained. The dependences of the accuracy parameters on the measurement modes are given and recommendations are made to improve the accuracy of measuring the vertical coordinate of the center of gravity of the electronic device.

DIPLEXER СOMBINED WITH BALUN FOR ULTRABROADBAND MICROWAVE DIODE MIXERS
The design of a device that combines the function of separating and forming antiphase components of two signals is presented. This device, called a diplexerbalun, can be used in the design of ultrawideband diode mixers with an overlapping frequency range of more than 10:1. Research ways to expand the bandwidth of canals with a shortline segment is carried out. A technique for calculating the wave impedance of nonstandard microwave canals with various excitation methods is proposed. Balanced and double balanced mixers the range of 234 GHz are developed based on the designed diplexerbalun. The results of modeling and measuring these mixers are presented.

DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING FILM RESISTORS OF MICROASSEMBLIES
A device for combined adjustment of film resistors of microassemblies is proposed. It makes it possible to increase the resistance during the torcharc treatment of the resistive layer and decrease it in the pure torch discharge mode. The optimal operating modes of the fitting process have been determined. It has been established that the developed device and fitting technique provide the output of suitable resistors with a manufacturing accuracy of (0.01...0.25)% to 100%.

TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK FOR CONTROL OF PROCESSES IN A LIQUID TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIUM DURING LASER HEAT TREATMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OF MICROELECTRONIC PRODUCTION
The possibilities of controlling the modes of technological processes of a single microelectronic production, based on local laser heat treatment, as passive thickfilm structural elements in the form of dispersion systems made of powder materials suspended in a viscous fluid liquid technological medium (in pastes), and in optically transparent communication bases of digital hybrid microassemblies for private use. The reasons for the degradation of the rheological properties of pastes, causing a change in the topological parameters of the elements of the pattern formed on the communication base of microassemblies and the development of the process of internal defect formation in the structure of thickfilm elements, caused by the phenomena of evaporation and cavitation of a liquid technological medium during intense heat treatment of the paste with laser pulsed radiation, have been established. Structural diagrams of a laboratory stand as part of an industrial information[1]measuring telecommunication network, supplemented by video monitoring and recording of the processes of evaporation and cavitation of a liquid technological medium during laser heat treatment, are proposed. The boundary conditions for controlling both the processes of defect formation in a viscous fluid liquid medium for the modes of hermetic localization of communication bases with thick[1]film elements, and the injection of inert gas pressure on the liquid technological material in the irradiation area are determined.

MODEL SAMPLE GENERATION ACCORDING TO GOMPERTZ LAW FOR PERIODICAL RESEARCH OF RELIABILITY
Gompertz law is widely used as a model of the failure rate in the theory of reliability. It is often required to carry out computer experiments on model data when developing complex algorithms for data processing and comparing various techniques with each other. For periodic studies, it is required to simulate data on the time to failure of objects and data on the operating time of operable elements for a certain period of time, i.e. in general, the model data are two generated samples with distribution laws corresponding to the parameters of Gompertz law. Methods for generating such data that simulate cohort observations for the Gompertz law are well known. But there is no information in the literature on the law of distribution of the operation time of objects in a given stable population and on the methods of generating model samples in accordance with this law. This article fills this gap. From the Gompertz law, the distribution law of the operating time of workable elements is derived under the assumption of the stability of the set of elements. The inverse function of the integral distribution function of the operating time is obtained to generate random variables by the method of inverse functions. This function cannot be expressed in elementary functions, therefore, recommendations on the necessary approximate calculations are given in the paper.

The global trend of “green computing” has led to the emergence of new methods to improve reliability, which are focused on reducing energy consumption. One of these methods is redundancy at the transistor level. However, in order to improve reliability, the first step is to ensure the required level of reliability. However, developers often need to ensure high device performance. Consequently, optimization problems appear. In this paper, we propose a formal output system for the reserved subcircuit, which allows you to select the sections of the circuit that are optimal for reserving a certain method. The efficiency of the formal inference system is evaluated using a number of numerical experiments.

PARAMETRIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOBILE RADIO COMMUNICATION RELIABILITY AND COMMUNICATION NETWORK STABILITY
In the technique of electrical and radio communications, used parameters such as stability and survivability of the communication network. When assessing the quality of radio communications, a parameter of reliability of communication in time and in the radio coverage area has been introduced and used. This parameter is especially important for mobile communication systems, including cellular communications. Of course, the reliability of communication, determined by the requirements of noise immunity of transmission of radio signals, should be taken into account when assessing the stability of communication. Since the existing estimates of the stability of a communication network take into account only noise immunity, without taking into account the reliability of communication, it becomes necessary to determine the relationship of stability with reliability of communication. The article defines the methods for assessing the reliability of radio communications, survivability and stability of a communication network and their parametric relationship.

MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUE OF REFLECTIONS COEFFICIENT OF RADIO WAVES BY SHEET MATERIALS
Methods for measuring the reflection coefficient of nonionized electromagnetic radiation from sheet materials are considered. Horn antennas with square apertures were used for measurements. The maximum dimensions of the irradiation spot are determined depending on the distance to the irradiating horn antenna for different frequency ranges. Two methods of measuring the reflection coefficient of radio waves from sheet materials are described. A measuring installation was made.

PHASE CORRECTOR SYNTHESIS BASED ON DIGITAL PHASE CIRCUITS
This paper presents the issues of modeling and synthesis of a digital phase correctors based on recursive allpass filters. The possibility of realization at the lowbit digital processor with integer arithmetic is considered. The problem of the discrete synthesis statement and solution of a digital phase corrector for a video path phase distortions is presented. Results were obtained by nonlinear mathematical programming methods in an integer parameter set. Comparison of theoretical and experimental characteristics is given.

INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR BY CORRECTING THE INVERTER KEY SWITCHING TIME
The article discusses the control loop of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. It is shown that for the classical control of the drive by the PWM converter does not provide the set speed of rotation of the motor due to its inertia. It is proposed to increase the motor rotation speed by correcting the switching time of the inverter keys by taking into account the phase shift.

CYCLIC PROPERTIES OF THE ORBITS OF PERMUTATIONS COGNITIVE MAPS OF PERMUTATION DECODER REALTIME SYSTEMS
Currently, there is an increased interest in the method of permutation decoding for systematic redundant codes due to the possibility of using cognitive methods for processing digital data in realtime systems. This allows you to give the decoding procedure of such codes a significant acceleration. The resulting gain in time is in demand in many applications, such as matching highspeed optical communication systems with the capabilities of processors for processing digital data in the format of advanced error correction, unmanned vehicle control systems, robotics, and other systems critical to time delays. The time gain is achieved by precalculating the generating matrix of equivalent code, the thin structure of which is set by the current permutation of characters in the code vector. The result of this calculation is stored in the decoder's cognitive map. This means that the time required to search for equivalent code associated with matrix calculations is replaced by the amount of memory on the cognitive map. Reducing this volume for real codes is a complex scientific and technical problem, the solution of which is proposed to organize on the properties of the orbits of cyclic permutations characteristic of both binary codes and codes with extended Galois fields. Special attention is paid to the combination of codes in the form of cascading coding schemes. For the first time, a description of such a scheme is given in relation to polar codes and nonbinary ReedSolomon codes (RS).

THE CALIBRATION OF A NONLINEAR RADAR DURING OPERATION
Calibration by the method of a real standard of a nonlinear radar, which does not have the ability to smoothly change the power of the sounding signal, is described. Calibration is convenient when operating a nonlinear radar and involves sequentially introducing into the radiation field two reference nonlinear scatters with different amplitude characteristics, and fixing the level of response signals at the frequencies of the second harmonic of the probing signal, which makes it possible to establish the fact of normal operability of both the transmitting and receiving channels.

STUDY OF THE THROUGHPUT OF THE SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC DEPENDENT SURVEILLANCE BROADCASTING 1090 ES BASED ON MARKOV CHAINS
The paper is devoted to the problem of the throughput of the automatic dependent surveillance – broadcasting (ADSB) system based on 1090 ES standard. This system is designed to transmit navigation information packets between aircraft and air traffic controller at 1 Mbit/s bitrate. The system uses random temporary access to the 1090 MHz carrier. If two aircraft begin to transmit simultaneously, the weaker signal is destroyed due to a collision. It is important to analyze the actual throughput of the 1090 ES system depending on the number of aircraft in the total airspace. This problem was raised in various works by various approaches, such as calculating losses by the probability theory method or even mathematical modeling of real airspace. In this paper we propose a method for calculating losses in the ADSB 1090 ES system based on Markov chains, which allows one to take into account multiple message overlaps.

INVESTIGATION OF OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF ELECTRONIC CONTROL OF VEHICLE EMERGENCY BRAKING SYSTEM
The results of the reliability studies of the electronic antilock braking system (ABS) for control of the emergency braking process of the car are given. Numerical characteristics of operating time before failure of ABS structural elements, frequency of their failures in real operation conditions were found. It was established that most often ABS loses its operability due to failures of rear wheel speed sensors. These parts of the braking system are more susceptible to contamination, vibration and other loads, since they are located on the structural elements of the wheels of the car. Probabilities of failurefree operation of ABS elements by vehicle operating time intervals are determined. To reduce the number of brake system failures, recommendations are given to justify the operating time of nonrecoverable ABS parts before replacement.

OPTIMIZATION OF TOPOLOGY OF FILM ABSORBING ELEMENTS OF ATTENUATORS USING PIECELY UNIFORM RESISTIVE FILM
Topologies of absorbing elements for waveguide, coaxial and strip attenuators are proposed, which provide reduction of maximum values of potential gradient by 1,82 times on average and maximum power density by 1015 times in comparison with typical topologies by introduction of resistive layer with other resistivity near input and output contacts. Graphs showing the gain in value of potential gradient and power density depending on ratio of dimensions and specific surface resistances of resistive films in absorbing element are given.

RADIO LINKS FROM LOWORBIT SPACECRAFT
The methods of transmitting from loworbit satellites to the Earth are considered. It is proposed to transmit information from a loworbit satellite to geostationary spacecraft at frequencies of the millimeter range, which are strongly attenuated in the atmosphere. The possibility of transmitting information on a communication line with a transmitter power of a loworbit satellite of no more than 12 W and smallsized antenna arrays is shown.

STATISTICAL PROPERTIES OF THE LOGARITHM OF THE AREA OF DELAUNAY TRIANGULATION ELEMENTS FOR UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION
Triangulation is used in many fields such as modeling of objects, geoinformation systems, constructive geometry, and for spatial tasks of multiple nature. The triangulation is a Delaunay triangulation if there is no circle circumscribing around triangle element so that contains other points. Delaunay triangulation has useful properties, but there could be different methods of triangulation using other criteria for specific tasks. In this paper the triangulation is treated as an instrument which may be useful in the task of density estimation in twodimensional case. It was previously shown by author for the onedimensional distribution that logarithm of area under density function on the order statistics of the random variable may be used for density estimation. Of interest is opportunity to extend this result on the case of two[1]dimensional random variable. Triangulation may be treated as dissection of the density function definition area by minimal elements. The more value of density function in some subarea, the more density of experimental points, and though the less size of triangle elements. In this paper it is supposed that logarithm of the volume under density function on triangulation element could be used to estimate twodimensional density function. Statistical properties of triangulation based on Poisson process are discussed in well known literature. Function of density for area of typical cell is derived for these conditions. Moments of the distribution are derived as well. But these results are not suitable for twodimensional density estimation. In the condition of the problem in this paper, density of points is different on the subareas and is defined by density function only, so this condition does not fit to Poisson process. Because it is impossible to derive analytical expressions, characteristics of two triangulation kinds are investigated by numerical method for the case of uniform distribution on unit square. Empirical expressions are derived here for expectation and variance of logarithm of triangle areas of triangulation which is formed on less triangle perimeter criterion.

SELECTING MODES FOR SOLDERING CHIP LEADS TO PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CONTACT PADS
The article presents the statistical method of selecting the modes of the process of soldering the chip leads to the contact pads of the printed circuit board. The percentage of rejected solder joints is selected as a criterion. It is shown that application of the method of orthogonal planning of experiments for selection of modes of soldering of chip leads provides significant reduction of number of experiments. The model obtained from the results of experiments is characterized by the simplicity of the mathematical apparatus and allows to automate the process of calculation of model parameters.

VDL4 PACKET POWER UPRAISE AND FALLING EDGES SHAPE INFLUENCE STUDY ON ADJACENT SPEECH CHANNELS INTERFERENCE
The problem of expanding of spectrum at rise and fall of the transmitter power in avionic communication systems with packet data transmission is being analyzed. The impulse noise power calculations by the classical method is usually implemented to estimate its pulse spectrum. However, this method has certain drawbacks that do not allow it to be effectively used for the calculation of electromagnetic compatibility of telecommunications facilities using packet data transmission. The results of the experiments aimed to estimate the maximum amplitude of the impulse noise at rise and fall of transmitter power are presented for various shapes of packet power rising edge. The results can be used to calculate the optimal shape and duration of the rise and fall of transmitter power, to reduce emissions of interference to adjacent channels.

RESTORING THE REPEATED SEQUENCE OF PROBE SIGNAL IMPULSES WITH NONLINEAR COHERENT DISCRETIZATION
A method for reconstructing a periodic sequence of impulses with a known clock frequency in a virtual stroboscopic analyzer by rearranging, accumulating, and averaging discrete samples is considered. An array of data obtained using a gating analogtodigital converter (ADC) is arranged in the desired order by calculating the position of each point in the selected signal recovery interval. When transmitting test and pilot signals in radio and telecommunication channels, it becomes necessary to restore the pulse sequence in noise. In many problems, the parameters of a test or probe signal are known: clock frequency, number of pulses and their shape – it is necessary to detect the signal and evaluate its shape or code sequence. It is shown that the method of permutation, accumulation and averaging of samples allows us to restore in the time domain not only periodic signals of arbitrary shape, but also repeating pulse sequences with a low signal to noise ratio. The basis of the complex is a personal computer (PC), in an empty slot of which an expansion card is included, containing modules of an analog adapter, digitaltoanalog and analogtodigital converters (DAC and ADC). At the output of the DAC, a signal is generated in the form of a test sequence supplied to the input of the radio channel in accordance with the test task. The results of testing and modeling are presented in the form of graphs of the initial samples and reconstructed signals.

APPLICATION OF AMPLITUDE AND PHASE OPERATORS FOR DIGITAL IMAGE GENERATION
The article is devoted to a new method of image generation in the process of different surfaces rendering. The proposed concept is based on two aspects. Firstly, it's a way to represent smooth irregularities by harmonic components. Secondly, it's a unique mathematical apparatus of amplitude and phase operators, which has not analogues among the classical spectral methods. The results of the theoretical justification of the apparatus of amplitude and phase operators are described in detail, numerical and graphical examples of monochrome images transformation are given. The article experimentally demonstrates that the proposed algorithm allows us to achieve a significant acceleration during solving the assigned problem.

THE FACT OF REPEATED USE OF THE MODULAR GAMMING CIPHER
The paper considers the problem of establishing the fact of repeated use of a long range of general purpose. The task is set in the form of testing the hypothesis that there are no cryptograms of the same encryption (gamming) in the cryptogram array against the alternative that such cryptograms are in the array. To test these hypotheses, probabilitytheoretical models of a pair and an array of cryptograms are constructed. A mathematical technique for solving the formulated problem is developed.

Adder whith 10 transistors
Abstract
Currently, research aimed at improving energy efficiency is relevant, for this direction the term "Green computing" is used. The "sleep" modes of the equipment are implemented, the voltage and frequency are scaled. In order to reduce energy costs, in some cases it is possible to allow some loss of quality even at the level of arithmetic blocks by using approximate calculations (Approximate computing) with the help of a significantly smaller number of transistors. The article investigates the CMOS scheme of a onebit inaccurate binary full adder containing 8 transistors. It is shown that it gives incorrect results of a binary sum on two sets of variables. It is proposed to refine this scheme by introducing additional two transistors, which ensure accurate calculations. The proposed scheme is simulated.

Computer simulation of attenuation in the radio channel with movable contact points shipborne
Abstract
Using the "FEKO" [1], [2], the calculation of the attenuation in the radio channel with movable contact points shipborne, which: located on identical parallel oriented patrol ships, while at sea in the absence of wave phenomena; equipped with omnidirectional antennas mounted on the mast structures above the radar antenna circular view at the height of 19,7 m above the deck. Simulation is carried out at a frequency of 517,5 MHz and output power of 10 watts.

Simulation and imitation of radio channels of mobile communication generation 5G
Abstract
A mathematical description of signal fading in the millimeter frequency range, developed for the 5G mobile communication generation, is considered. It is shown that interference fading of millimeter wave signals can be described by a fourparameter law of probability density distribution. The block diagram of the interference fading simulator in multibeam radio channels and the structure of the simulator of the mobile communication channels of the 5G are proposed.

Analysis of the influence of intersymbol distortion of WiFi signals in the video diagnostics of pipelines
Abstract
The analysis of the distribution pipeline radiopulse signals WiFi technology with encoding, spread spectrum method direct sequence DSSS (direct sequence spread spectrum) and Barker code DBPSK (differential binary phaseshift keying) modulation. The purpose of the analysis is to assess the possibility of using WiFi equipment for wireless communication channel in the process of CCTV inspection of pipelines to ensure , video diagnostics their internal state. As a model, the pipeline is considered as a circular waveguide having the properties of dispersive, multiwavelength and nonuniform transmission line. The main attention is paid to calculation of the dispersion distortion of WiFi signals, causing intersymbol interference (ISI) and limit the range of the main dimensions of the diagnosed pipeline – diameter and length. It is shown that for the considered option of WiFi technology MSI can have a significant impact on the quality of information signals transmitted through the pipeline of large diameter (800 mm or more) at distances in the pipeline more than one kilometer.

The algorithm analysis of transient processes in electronic devices, described by inhomogeneous differential equation, based on operator method. The algorithm presented in general form, it can be used for solving the problems of work analysis of various electronic devices. The essence of the algorithm under consideration is, that, on the basis of replacing all derive from a state variable in a mixed differential equation of their course differential counterparts get a generalized formula for calculation of transients in circuits based on operator method. Improving the quality of signals for intelligent video surveillance
Abstract
The article describes the main factors influencing the quality of digital signal transmission systems in intelligent video surveillance systems (VSS). Noted that a significant impact on the correctness of the video signals transmission and the amount of false detections have distortion and noise, introduced by the photosensors (PS) and photodetectors (PD). To assess this impact the article presents a detailed calculation model of PS given total error δ2ф с and PD abnormal error δ2 ан. The proposed method of reducing magnitudes of errors: isotopic purification of functional materials for optoelectronics. The improvement of photoelectric characteristics of PS and PD will improve video quality and enhance the probability of correct detection.

Providing reliable work of electronic engine control systems
Abstract
The results of studies on the reliability of electronic engine control systems and the assessment of the effect of failures of their structural elements on its technical and economic characteristics are presented. The complex of diagnostic parameters that evaluate the technical state of the system and their normative values is substantiated. Analytical equations describing the patterns of change in the diagnostic parameters by the operating time are determined. The optimal development of nonrenewable elements of electronic engine control systems prior to replacement is substantiated. Approbation of the research results is shown on the example of electronic systems 1.6 VTi Tiptronic (88 kW) and 1.6 THP Turbo Tiptronic (110 kW) Peugeot cars.

Construction of effective system of radioelectronic means based on the analysis of the semumarkov model of electromagnetic compatibility support
Abstract
The article studies the processes of the functioning of the radio electronic system, consisting of many different radioelectronic means, which are subjected to unintentional and deliberate interference during operation. The subject of the study are models for ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of a set of radioelectronic facilities. The aim of the work is to select the optimal work plan for a variety of different radioelectronic systems and facilities in order to increase the efficiency of their joint functioning by adjusting the parameters of the emissions. For this purpose, the application of a probabilistic approach to the analysis of the dynamics of states of the model of the functioning of radioelectronic facilities based on the theory of semiMarkov processes is proposed. As a result of this approach, models were obtained for calculating and analyzing the efficiency of the functioning of radioelectronic facilities, differing in systemic account of all the factors affecting their joint work and the reliability of formalization of the description of the process. On the basis of the proposed models, it is possible to carry out optimal planning of the frequency resource in order to reduce the level of interference for radioelectronic facilities, and this means to form an effective radio electronic system equipped with various types of radioelectronic means. The proposed models allow not only to analyze the effectiveness of the functioning of the system of radioelectronic facilities, but also to solve inverse problems to improve their security to the required level.

Currently, the design of electronic equipment on programmable logic integrated circuits (FPGA) is actively developing. Modern FPGAs contain billions of transistors and tens of millions of logic elements. FPGA (fieldprogrammable gate array) uses configurable logic elements CLE containing the socalled LUT (Look Up Table) and a synchronous flipflop of D type. But logic takes up a smaller part of the FPGA than memory. The configuration memory is an SR flipflop of SRAM static RAM cells. Recently, the development of FPGA for critical applications, for example, for radiationhardened equipment, is being used, for which redundancy is used. Previously, faulttolerant LUTs and SRAM cells were proposed. The article investigates the peculiarities of the D Latch and suggests fault tolerant solutions.

Abstract
The article considers the substantiation of using the speech signal processing system on the basis of modernizing the direct linear prediction method. It is shown that at the limited order of forming model, the parameters of the synthesizing filter and the excitation signals corresponding to them become interdependent. The given fact is used for reducing the spaces capacity of speech signal decomposition elements at their cluster representation on the basis of the linear prediction method.

Analysis of element base for implementation of autonomous measuring agrometeorological complex
Abstract
The technology of a portable weather station is considered. The scheme of a weather station is proposed. The structure of the meteorological station, which is being installed on the investigated terrain, is disclosed. The selection and analysis of the elemental base for its implementation has been carried out. Recommendations on the selection criteria have been formulated and lists of electronic components for the implementation of the weather station have been compiled.The values of the volume of electronic components and microcircuits are calculated when placed on the module's printed unit, the average power consumed by them. Estimated the estimated cost of components in the market. The components with the smallest dimensions and power consumption are identified.

The effect of influence the level of viewership of the rooms buttons of the remote control of TV programs

The level of viewership of a TV channel is largely determined by the number buttons on the remote control was shown. This is due to the habit of many users to start the channel selection with the first button and consistently move further in the direction of increasing numbers, stopping at their favorites programs.The method of determination dependence the level of viewership of TV channels from the value
numeric of buttons was described. Simplified variant of implementation of the method was considered.Ways of using obtained dependence for the cost estimation the best offer "buttons" for the mutual settlement between network operator and content provider of TV programs were shown.

The reconstruction of periodical signal with asynchronous gating in virtual oscilloscope
Abstract
The method of reconstruction the array of acquired data of periodical signal in virtual oscilloscope is under concern. This method based on asynchronous stroboscopic analog to digital conversion. The array of acquired data is reordered according to index recalculation formula. The value of sampling frequency should provide integer number of samples in a period of the reconstructed signal. The results are given in the form of charts and tables that illustrates reordering process.

METHODS OF MANAGEMENT OF THE NETWORK TRAFFIC OF THEHETEROGENEOUS DISTRIBUTED TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Abstract
Work is devoted to methods and controls a network traffic of the heterogeneous distributedinformation systems. On analysis results ofa cut ofa traffic the mathematical model ofimplementationofmanagement ofthe telecommunication system "from top to down" is offered. The concept ofsale ofthemodule of intellectual management on the basis of architecture "agent manager" is briefly described.Testing of the proposed solution is held, on the basis of handling of statistical data on a traffic andfractal characteristics ofa traffic (all data flows in the direction ofthe Cisco 3600 router were classifiedas external traffic, flows in a subnet — as a local traffic) characteristics when which using it is possibleto create adaptive algorithms of statistical management and forecasting are determined. Use ofproperties ofself-similarity ofautocorrelated function ofa traffic provides achievement ofhigh level ofscalability ofthe forecast, and it gives the chance to receive estimates for a broad range oftime frames,based on results ofmeasurement ofa limited data set.

Thereare also presented mathematical simulation results of the data signal generated by multi-channel RDLand the possibility to realize in practice multi-channel RDL where re-reflection effect is reduced andsignal-to-noise ratio is improved.

Ambiguity of defining the inhomogeneous dielectric layer refractive index profile by electromagnetic power reflection spectrum
Abstract
The problem of reconstruction of inhomogeneous dielectric medium refractive index profile n(z) by reflection coefficient frequency dependence r(0) is under consideration. For this purpose the exact analytical inverse solutions ofelectromagnetic reflection being obtained for reflection coefficients in the form of fractional rational function [1], [2] are applied. The problem of unambiguity of reconstruction by power reflection coefficient is treated at length. Here the alternate versions ofpossible ambiguity are specified. It turns out that in the general case four different profiles n(z) shall correspond to one electromagnetic power reflection spectrum.

Interference-coding in avionics
Abstract
Voice communication systems are used when an air traffic controller/pilot needs to pass command signals to confirm or pay attention the received message. The majority ofaccidents occur due to actions by operational personnel. So, activities of the air traffic controllers and pilots is directly related to the flight safety and efficiency ofairlift.
Aeronautical radio communication is the most important communication type, because it is the only possibility contact between controllers and pilots. Aeronautical radio communication must perform the main functions, such as: regular (constant) voice communication in all phases of flight and determined level ofquality. Air Traffic Management (ATM) operates in a large amount ofdata processing and transmission. The radio frequency spectrum is important natural resource, which has limited capacity and the need for this is increasing. Using of classical analog techniques for voice communications accelerates the time of spectrum saturation. Using of modern digital solutions for speech coding - vocoder - may reduce the necessary transmission bandwidth and to improve the communication quality.

The device for measuring the accumulated dose using P-channel MOSFETs from the CMOS chips
Abstract
The goal ofthis paper is to propose the basis ofp-channel MOSFETs within digital CMOS ICs using as a total dose detector. This paper also discusses the opportunity of range widening for impact to be detected by the total dose detectors. The schematic diagram and practical realization ofthe device based on microcontroller STM32 are shown. Finally, the device prototype was irradiated at GU 200 facility (RISI, Moscow, Russia) and the result was a total dose detector set of calibration curves for further calculations.

THE CELL OF FAULTTOLERANT UNCOMMITTED LOGIC ARRAY WITH RESERVATION AT TRANSISTORLEVEL
Abstract
The development of VLSI designing with use of an uncommitted logic array (ULA) is very important for domestic electronic industry. The standard cell use four CMOS transistors. The redundant structures is need for designing of high reliable, faulttolerant, radiationtolerant electronic components. Triplication is often uses for this task, the three channels of discrete circuit is connected with special major gate which implement choice function (for example 2of3, ≥2). The nofm redundancy is commonly used in critical computing systems with passive faulttolerance. It is known that such redundant structures provides advantages for reliability not for all time range. The authors proposed another technique using redundant transistor structures for faulttolerant computing systems as an alternative to nofm redundancy. In the beginning this structures was considered as functionally complete tolerant gate (FCT) that save functions or functional completeness in case of failure. Further the technique for redundant transistor networks was developed. However, the research into the synthesis of redundant cells for ULA was not done yet. In this paper, the development of redundant cell for ULA is presented and the reliability of these cells are analyzed.

PC TECHNOLOGIES OF VIRTUAL INSTRUMENTS IN TASKS OF EDUCATION
Abstract
The virtual measuring systems (VMS), software and interfaces are under concern. PC virtual instruments laboratory for education was created of Vladimir State University. The virtual systems conduct the necessary measuring, analyzes acquired data, and stores test results for later use. Hardware consist external and internal transducers, ADC (AnalogtoDigital Converter), DAC (Digitaltoanalog Converter) and PC. Modified sound card is costeffective internal converter, which can be used in many educational applications. Most of typical education tasks can be solved with VMS quickly and with additional programming. Number of modules analysis provides users with needed computation. The formula module provides process mathematical operations and analysis, including the FFT. The display module provides easytouse the graphical interface. A hardware and system level software environment is created on PC and Windows operating systems.

ADAPTIVE PROGRAM IN DIGITAL TELEMETRY SYSTEMS
Abstract
The telemetry systems having protecting against interference and fading codecs, the amount ofinformation transmitted during a communication session may vary considerably. Therefore, part of the sessions of the communication the system work with unnecessarily high redundancy, which negatively affects on the energy efficiency ofthe system and increases the period of messages delivery. The article suggests the principle of adaptive software codecs and the device realizing it, which both ofthem, avoid telemetry systems from such deficiencies.

DIRECT NARROW-BAND GAUSSIAN FREQUENCY SHIFT KEYING SIGNALS DIGITAL SYNTHESIS
Abstract
Compact and low processing gain narrow-band Gaussian frequency shift keying (GFSK) signal forming method is being proposed based on direct digital synthesis principles. This method provides high precision frequency modulated signals generation with high spurious-free dynamic range. GFSK modulator structure, block diagram and design procedure according to the method proposed are presented. The modulation curve matrix is stored in the form of consequential equivalent (due to quantization) amplitude samples table; its compression mechanism and algorithm are proposed, based on their quantitative factor. For the eight bit per sample signal the modulation curve matrix compression table and the memory access algorithm are designed. The main simulation results carried out for the method proposed are presented – power spectrum density and nonlinear components level. For example, the method provides 6 dB lower nonlinear components level as compared with quantization noise and 10 dB lower as compared with traditional DDS generator on eight bit per sample signal. For sixteen bit per sample signal the nonlinear components level provided is 98 dB lower as compared with the carrier level.

Abstract
Describes a method for solving the equations of state electronic devices, based on the idea of approximating trajectories of the state variables a system of differential equations of the first order. Accuracy of the solution of equations of state determined by the order of the polynomial. We obtain formulas for the solution ofthe original equations to approximate the trajectories ofthe state variables polynomials up to the third order.

The obtained mathematical model of quasi-optimal two-terminal model of schema matching resistive two- port networks in the form of expressions to determine the values of the parameters that provide the coincidence ofthe real characteristics with the desired characteristics in a given frequency band.

Abstract
In the article the mathematical model of the thermal control system in the radio-electronic systems and complexes in the form of quasi-uniform anisotropic parallelepiped with different overall fixed volume or flat heat sources located in the surrounding environment of the conventional constant temperature. The proposed model is used to calculate, analyze, predict thermal regimes in structural and functional modules of different levels of the hierarchy structure of electronic equipment, which have a high density arrangement ofelectronic products and electronic modules.

MODIFICATION OF THE BINARY MASK ESTIMATION ALGORITHM IN THE PROBLEM OF NOISE REDUCTION FOR A SPEAKER IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

A modified version of the noise reduction algorithm using threshold value 0.5 ofthe gain-function for binary mask estimation was proposed. The modified algorithm uses a different threshold value. A threshold estimation algorithm was described. The proposed and the original noise reduction algorithms were compared in the problem ofspeaker identification in noisy conditions.

THE ORGANIZATION OF MOBILE NETWORK STRUCTURES WITH KORIDOROPODOBNY TYPE OF THE MOVEMENT OF NETWORK KNOTS
Abstract
Steady growth in the number ofvehicles, including aircrafts, significantly increased the load on the traffic management organs. The traffic management systems in use can no longer cope with the tasks attributed to them, so the possibility ofimproving ofthe efficiency oftraffic control and safety by the intelligent transport systems applications is widely researched. These systems are assumed to be based on the networks via data lines, so each member of the movement must be equipped with hardware which provides data exchange in the area of direct radio visibility and beyond. Promising alternative base for the intelligent transport systems could be mobile network structures. These structures are supposed to use the equipment ofdifferent standards for different vehicles. The main aspects of mobile networking for intelligent transportation systems are being analyzed in the paper, especially the techniques most widely used for multiple media access. The paper highlights the basic features of network structures being analyzed. The main for further research type ofrouting protocol is proposed.

MODELLING OF THE BRIDGE PARAMETRICAL LENSAbstract
Mathematical built on the basis of the analysis of the equivalent circuit of the bridge parametric
scatterer consisting of 4 is a series of parametric contours the diagonals of which is connected the antenna of the pump signal and the response signal. The results machine experiment, performed in the environment LabVIEW. The simulation results are presented in the form of amplitude characteristics linking the intensity of the waves irradiating signal reradiated at a frequency of half-harmonics of a signal pump. The calculated amplitude characteristic to be in good agreement with previously measured experimental dependence.

Abstract
Mechanoluminescent pressure sensor with the recombination crystalophosphor is considered in the paper. The mathematical model of the sensor, allowing to calculate the dependence of sensor’s light response on the input pressure pulse parameters, is presented. The results ofcomparison ofthe sensor output signals with the different types ofphosphors are shown. In paper is defined the range ofinput pressure parameters suitable for the registration of sensors with characteristic and recombination luminophors.

Abstract:
In article the generalised algorithms of parametrical synthesis and mathematical models of the oscillators operated an external magnetic field applied in magnetic electronic systems of navigation are considered. Synthesising was carried out with the account of possibility of any choice of structures of a chain of direct transfer, type of feedback, a nonlinear element and inclusion places согласующего the jet twoport network. Possibility of transformation of borders of areas of a physical realizability of conditions of a stationary mode of generation by complication of a chain of direct transfer by inclusion in it of the complex twoport network is thus considered. Use of the complex twoport network allows to transform parametres of a nonlinear element to chains of direct transfer in such a manner that the initial data (frequency of generation, complex resistance of loading, complex values of parametres трёхполюсных or bipolar nonlinear elements and etc.) Get to areas of a physical realizability of conditions of a stationary mode of generation. As a result of such approach the effective algorithm of parametrical synthesis matching of the congruent reactive quadripole, finished to engineering level which allows to form the set steepness of dependence of frequency of generation from intensity of an external magnetic field in interests of increase of efficiency of systems of navigation and promotes acceleration of process of technical designing of means of navigating maintenance.

INTERPOLATION ALGORITHM OF DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS OF THE HARMONIOUS SIGNAL ON LIMITED SELECTION OF INSTANT VALUES
Abstract:
In this article considered the complex interpolation algorithm for determining the RMS value and the frequency of the harmonic signal, restoration of function sin(x)/x on a limited sample of the instantaneous values. Created an interactive simulation program that allows assess the methodological errors and choose the type of windows, the number of samples and the duration of the signal, the initial phase and step it changes the number of intermediate points of interpolation. The results are shown in graphs of errors in linear and logarithmic scale. Recommendations on the choice of sampling and interpolation ranges.

This filter requires minimal hardware resources. A derivation of a formula for estimation of required FPGA logic cells is shown. It estimates required FPGA logic cells for constructing a filter for given number of signal and for given signal length.

MODELLING OF TRANSITION PROCESSES IN ELECTRIC CHAINS BY METHOD OF VARIABLES OF THE STATE ON THE BASIS OF MATRIX TOPOLOGICAL RATIOS
Abstract:
The method and computing algorithm of automation of build of simultaneous equations concerning state variables of the nonlinear electric circuit of any complexity if the circuit is presented by an equivalent circuit containing idealized sources of the EMF and a current, inductive, capacitor and resistive elements is offered. The offered method is based on topological parities of circuit theory in the matrix form. The standard system of state variables is accepted: magnetic flux linkage inductive elements and charges of capacitor elements. Model inputs (dynamic system) – the EMF and currents of sources. Model outputs – voltages and currents of all branches (equivalent circuit elements). The input data of the developed algorithm the matrix of node connections coding an equivalent circuit; six lists of numbers: branches of a tree with ideal sources of the EMF, capacitor branches of a tree, resistive branches of a tree, resistive branches of chord, inductor branches of chord, branches with ideal current sources; descriptors of time functions representing the EMF and currents of sources; descriptors of the nonlinear functions representing the characteristics of properties of all other elements. Output data of the developed algorithm – descriptors of nonlinear functions of transfers from inputs of dynamic system and state variables to speeds of change of state variables, and also to exits of modeled system (circuit). In article it is offered also two new methods of the static analysis of nonlinear electric circuits: a method of chord resistive branches voltages and a method of tree resistive branches currents. These methods are applied to automation of build of descriptors of the nonlinear functions entering into the typical matrix form of circuit model in a state space. Computing experiments confirm working capacity of the offered methods and algorithms.

THE ASYNCHRONOUS ADDER WITH BLOCK STRUCTURE WITH SELEMENTA PROPERTIES
Abstract:
In this paper, we present the optimization of asynchronous adderprototype firm Theseus Logic, as a result of which was resolved "fineness" scheme by creating larger functional units. Each of these blocks have the properties of the Muller element, in order to save energy, namely, the output latch unit stores the current state, signal NULL, coming after each occurrence of a certain value at the output. A new method for asynchronous reset latch. Given the principle of synthesis of asynchronous adder blocks. Such a construction scheme has improved the operating parameters of the adder, such as power dissipation, the number of transistors, the propagation delay of the signal in a circuit switching operation.

RESEARCH OF STATISTICAL INTERRELATIONS BETWEEN INDICATORS OF QUALITY AND LEGIBILITY NOISY SPEECH SIGNALS
Abstract
This paper presents results of analysis of the statistical relationship between objective measures of quality and intelligibility of noisy speech. Additive white Gaussian noise and real noises records are used in this research. We consider cases with and without noise reduction. Simulation in Matlab showed a high degree of correlation between all the investigated measures of quality and intelligibility in both cases. The results show the possibility of using regression to predict some measures by known to others.

Modeling of nonlinear electronic circuits with the interaction of functional blocks
Abstract:
The article considers the problem of nonlinear electronic circuits modeling on the functional blocks level, with models, that reflect they signal conversion. The approach to the solution of this problem is offered; it uses the mathematical functional series, that allowed to consider the mutual interaction of the cascades on the nonlinear interaction level. Article presents the results of mathematical modeling of the electronic circuits with nonlinear transfer functions, including nonlinear functional blocks, in the frequency domain.

I.R.Dubov Nonparametric estimation of a logarifmafunktion of intensity refusals on experimental data
Annotation
Nonparametric approach to failure rate function estimation gives us possibility to assess reliability of some elements under uncertainty conditions. Nonparametric approximation of failure rate function is discussed in the paper. It is based on data of period observation for some population. The idea of the proposed approach is based on the fact that the logarithm of the failure rate function is defined by the difference of two probability density functions. The first one is probability density function for failures of elements observed during the observation period. The second one is probability density function for the elements age. As has been shown in previous papers by the author, direct observations of the logarithm of the probability density could be constructed on the base of order statistics. These direct observations are independent of the source distribution of the random variable. Direct observations of logarithm of failure rate function are proposed in this paper. Such observations are based on the direct observations of density functions and so ones are independent of failure rate function itself. Variance of the estimates is determinate and Mallows criterion may be used for nonparametric regression. So the problem of failure rate function estimation is reduced to nonparametric regression. Each approximation function is to be constructed by least squares method. The optimal function is to be chosen according approximation criterion. Set of polynomial functions or kernel estimators could be used here. Potentiating result function we obtain desired approximation of failure rate function. The paper presents a demonstration of approximation procedure on model data.

Abstract. The hardware-software complex for control of stable functioning of electronic for diagnosis of the condition of objects and environment in remote access is designed. Technological and design solutions for the implementation of a distributed network of lower atmosphere electro fields sensors is proposed. The structure and technology of optoelectronic microassembly including channels of information communication with intense beams of hard electromagnetic radiation resistance based on optical waveguides trapped in the substrates of glass is designed. The structure and the functions of the software complex system for remote monitoring is described. Autonomous software components is developed. Experimental researches and pilot operation of remote monitoring system components is performed at geophysical site in Kamchatka Peninsula and Central Russian Upland remote area.

Installation of chips in BGA cases in electronic modules of spatial configuration
Abstract:
In this work we present technology of production electronic devices, which contain BGA microchips, also types of BGA ICs and features of BGA. There is preamble in the beginning of the article, which describes most important aspects BGA microchips such as: definition of type of microchip’s bulk, reason ofappearing ofthe technology, advantages and disadvantages. We show you description of processes assembling and disassembling of BGA-microchips. First part of article describes types of BGA ICs, their features, advantages and disadvantages. There is description of bulk’s material, variety of ball pins (material, size), type of configuration of matrix of BGA- microchips. In the second part of article we give you detailed description of technological process of assembly microchips BGA on the board, which has important steps, which must take into consideration. Also, there is necessary temperature characteristic of soldering BGA-microchip. Provides a kind of flux, solder paste, each of which have advantages, but also disadvantages, the method of placement, installation, a variety of stencils. Described in detail the temperature-time characteristic of soldering BGA chips with parameters, which improves the quality setting mounting chips on the PCB. There is a schematic of installation of thermocouple to monitor the soldering process and elimination of defects formed during soldering. Article present variety of furniture, equipment, which is used in technological process. They have own precision. Also there is description of unique operation called “Reballing” (replacement of ball pins) used for reinstallation of BGA- microchip on the board. The article presents a report, which sums up the whole article.

Abstract
It is reviewed the attenuation of signals of satellite communication due to the influence of hydrometeors on the distribution terms. The calculation is performed for the communication lines of the Republic ofAngola with the geostationary satellite ANGOSAT. The coordinates ofthe locations of ground stations of satellite communication of the Republic of Angola, the tilt angles for routes of communication are determined, the probabilities of occurrence of fading and the number of their events depending on their duration are rated. For the calculations the methodology recommended by the International Telecommunication Union and statistical data on climatic conditions in this part of Africa were used. For ground stations it is defined the necessary reserve ofpower capacity fading. The presented results can be used as practical guidance for developers of communication routes and the equipment ofthe ground segment ofsatellite communications with the satellite ANGOSAT.

A study of three signal shapers implemented on the basis of these methods is realized.An analysis of the power spectral density of phase noise of each shaper is performed by using heir mathematical models.The possibilities of increasing output frequency and improving of noise curves of the shapers are investigated.

This paper presents an adjoint neural network method which used for sensitivity analysis in neural network-based modeling and design.The efficient sensitivity analysis can be carried out within neural network structure using neuron responses in both the original and adjoint neural network models. The proposed method is applicable to obtain the Jacobian in harmonic balance approach for nonlinear circuits analysis based on dynamic neural networks.

Rating atmosphere opto-electronic means based on the use of information on the horizontal
projection of the trajectory of the optical signal passing a gradient layer of the atmosphere. In the absence of significant deterioration visibility accounted information resources on vertical gradients of meteorological variables. By the difference of the horizontal projections of the trajectories of the optical signal in the ideal and the real atmosphere optoelectronic system calculates and displays information about the real state of the atmosphere.

In this state provides estimates of the radial and circumferential stresses in the hollow and solid

It is shown that the formation of the internal cavity in the center of vias, during its formation, reduces the radial shrinkage due to pressure on the inner cylindrical wall. As a result, additional pressure are arising crackling of the vias, the dimension of which depends on a number of factors.

For solution of this problem the wideband parametric scatterer may be used. With all this going on(For all that) the sounding must carry out by means of sequence linear-FM radio-frequency pulse signal pumping and to accept receive sequence linear-FM radio-frequency on a frequency it sub harmonic. In this paper we introduce the new kind of sounding signal. This signal consist of linear-FM radio-frequency signal of pumping and linear-FM synchronized radio-pulses which have inverse laws change frequency.

Abstract
Questions of mathematical modeling of full system of longitudinal and cross electric parameters
of multiwire lines by methods of the theory of an electromagnetic field and the theory of chains with the distributed parameters on known geometry and properties of applied materials are considered. Results of such modeling are used in calculations of the established modes of electric networks of all classes of tension for full three-phase equivalent circuits for the solution of problems of energy saving and electromagnetic compatibility of power industry and telecommunication.

The method of automated synthesis of fault-tolerant structure wireless sensor network is proposed. The algorithms for constructing the basic network structure are considered and the two algorithms for group placement of nodes, based on the use of Hilbert curves and the method of k-means, are proposed. The way to optimize the basic structure of the network is presented. A method of providing network resiliency using the Edmonds-Karp algorithm is proposed.

For system of super high-speed channels of city type at minimization of cumulative distance of subscriber’s lines from stations of the access points to the nearest backbone network elements the optimum ratio of amount of network channels and channels on the basis of the allocated connecting lines is defined. The description of the computer program of a estimation of optimum position of backbone network elements in the specified territory is given.

Abstract:
Contamination control of the surface layer of the gradient of the atmosphere electronically based on the use of information about the projection of the trajectory of an optical signal on a horizontal surface during the passage of the last of the gradient of the layer of the atmosphere. In calculating the information resources of the vertical structure of the gradients of meteorological elements, the absence of factors may reduce visibility. From the difference between the projections on the horizontal surface of the trajectories of observation in the real atmosphere and perfect electronic control count and give information on the amount of pollution.

The mechanism of this influence is analyzed. A method is suggested to decrease the negative influence; this method is based on dynamic variations of adaptation parameter. Results of research of the offered method are presented.

The computation efficiency and methods to assess the implementation of the new transport protocol are being analyzed in comparison with the basic Berkeley Socket primitives. The advantage of the new protocol achieves 35 times over TCP and 27 times over UDP. Maximum computational efficiency has been achieved when the packet MTU is 1480 bytes.

Levin E.K. Adaptive compensation of a broadband radio noise
Abstract:
If the number of reflections of the broadband radio noise arriving on spatially carried antennas, is insignificant, it is possible to reduce complexity of the adaptive filters used at compensation. The expressions, allowing to define a vector of operating coefficients at adaptive compensation on the basis of Howells-Applebaum processor are received. Justice of the received expressions is confirmed with modeling.
